Directions to the Austria Classic Hotel Vienna
The Austria Classic Hotel Vienna boasts a prime central location, just a short walk from Vienna’s city center. Thanks to its excellent connections at the Praterstern transit hub, you can easily reach us by train, bicycle, car, or plane.
We recommend a climate-friendly journey by train or bicycle. For guests arriving by car, the hotel offers on-site parking as well as garages for cars and bicycles.

Traveling by train
Directions from Vienna Central Station
Option 1:
Take the U1 subway (toward Leopoldau) to Nestroyplatz. Take the right exit—the hotel is just a few steps away.
Option 2:
Take the S-Bahn to Wien Praterstern. From there, walk toward the city center via Praterstern—our hotel is located on the left side of Praterstraße.
Directions from Westbahnhof
Take the U3 subway (toward Simmering) to Stephansplatz, then transfer to the U1 (toward Leopoldau) and ride to Nestroyplatz. The hotel is just a few steps away.
Traveling by car
From the south and west (A2 / A1):
Take the A23 Southeast Bypass to the “Zentrum” exit (B227). Follow Schüttelstraße and Untere Donaustraße along the Danube Canal for about 3 km, then turn right onto Aspernbrückengasse and then right onto Praterstraße. After about 400 meters, you will reach the Austria Classic Hotel Wien.
From the north (A22):
Take the Reichsbrücke exit toward Zentrum on the B8. Continue along Lassallestraße to Praterstern, then turn slightly right onto Praterstraße. Turn around at Nestroyplatz—the hotel is on the right.
From the east (A4):
Take Schüttelstraße and Untere Donaustraße along the Danube Canal toward the city center. Turn right onto Aspernbrückengasse, then right onto Praterstraße. After about 400 meters, you will reach the hotel.
Traveling by plane
Vienna International Airport is located about 20 km from the Austria Classic Hotel Vienna and is easily accessible by public transportation. You can quickly reach downtown Vienna via the S7 rapid transit line or the City Airport Train (CAT). From Praterstern, which is just a few minutes’ walk from our hotel, you can reach us on foot in no time.
Alternatively, you can take a taxi, the airport bus, or rent a car for a direct trip to the hotel.
Traveling by bike
Traveling by bike is a particularly eco-friendly and sustainable way to reach Vienna. Our hotel is centrally located in the 2nd district near Praterstern and is easily accessible via well-maintained bike paths. Secure parking is available for bicycles in our bike garage. Guests who arrive by bike and book directly with us also benefit from our Green Bonus.
