To strengthen our close-knit team, we are always looking for flexible and reliable individuals with heart and character to fill the following role:
Receptionists (m/f/d) and Bartenders (m/f/d)
We offer you

- Permanent position between 24 and 40 hours/week in shift work (early/late/night)
- Fixed base salary in the first month according to collective agreement employment group 3 € 2,263 / from the 2nd month € 2,500 gross/month depending on qualification and for full-time (14 times per year)

- Electronic duty roster for fair and transparent time tracking (with a fixed schedule approx. 3 weeks before the start of the month)

What we expect from you
- Enjoyment and passion in dealing with people to support guests with advice and assistance
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; any additional language is an advantage
- Ideally, you have successfully completed hotel management training and/or have experience in guest reception.
- Organizational skills, solution-oriented thinking, and a sense of responsibility
- Good IT skills – ideally with industry-standard hotel software such as Fidelio or Protel
- Basic knowledge of service and bar operations is desirable
- A well-groomed appearance and good manners are a matter of course for you
- During check-in and check-out, you are a professional point of contact and have a strong sense for active sales
- You handle telephone and written inquiries as well as room reservations in a friendly and conscientious manner
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in guest service, a high level of quality awareness and a keen eye for detail
- Love for the city of Vienna and great tips for sightseeing, restaurants, and hidden gems
Etagenstewardess/-steward (m/f/d)
We offer you
- A family-like working atmosphere with respectful interaction on equal terms
- Permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours/week (including weekend shifts)
- 4- or 5-day work week with days off by arrangement (for full-time), working hours between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm
- Salary: € 2,080 gross/month for full-time (14 payments per year)
- Coffee/drinks and lunch snack included
- Central location with excellent public transport connections
- Free use of the sauna and the fitness room in the hotel
- Electronic duty roster for fair and transparent time tracking (5-day week)
- Training opportunities within the hotel (e.g. fire safety course) as well as health programs (e.g. back training in the hotel during working hours)

- Cleaning guest rooms
- Changing bed linen
- Managing guest room supplies
- Assisting with breakfast service and in the kitchen
- Cleaning tasks throughout the entire hotel
