Accessibility
We are committed to making our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act, as amended, which implements the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
In doing so, we have adhered as closely as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. We are continuously working to identify and remove existing barriers.
Furthermore, we are currently in the process of planning and implementing a new website that will be designed to be fully accessible. The launch is planned for the near future, though a specific date has not yet been set. Our goal is to significantly improve the accessibility of our digital offerings.
Content that is not accessible
The content listed below is not yet accessible for the following reasons:
Non-compliance with accessibility guidelines:
The website offers several PDF documents for download that are not yet accessible. In addition, some videos do not have captions.
If you need assistance with non-accessible PDF documents, please contact Ms. Ines Pietsch at info@classic-hotelwien.at.
In this case, we will endeavor to make the content available to you in an appropriate manner to the greatest extent possible.
Disproportionate burden:
For economic and organizational reasons, it is not yet possible to make older PDF documents and Office documents (etc.) accessible.
The listed non-compliance issues with accessibility regulations are being corrected on an ongoing basis, and we strive to make newly created content accessible.
This content does not fall within the scope of applicable legislation:
The website contains older documents and content that are not accessible. Since these were published before June 28, 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act, and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.
The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that we neither developed, financed, nor control. No statement can be made regarding the compliance of this third-party content with accessibility regulations, and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
Preparation of the Accessibility Statement
The website’s compliance with the BaFG was assessed through a self-assessment based on WCAG 2.2.
We are continuously improving our website. Usability and accessibility are of great importance to us. If you encounter any barriers on our website that hinder or limit your use of it, please let us know by sending an email to: info@classic-hotelwien.at
In this case, please briefly describe the problem and include the URL of the affected page or document. We will review your request and contact you as soon as possible.
Thank you very much!
