Accessibility Statement
We endeavor to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act as amended to implement the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 were complied with as far as possible. We are constantly working on identifying and eliminating existing barriers.
Furthermore, we are currently planning and implementing a new website that will be fully accessible. Publication is planned for the near future, but a specific date has not yet been set. Our aim is to significantly improve the accessibility of our digital services.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not yet accessible for the following reasons:
Incompatibility with accessibility regulations:
There are some PDF documents available for download on the website that are not yet accessible. In addition, some videos do not have subtitles.
If you need help with PDF documents that are not accessible, please contact Ms. Ines Pietsch at info@classic-hotelwien.at.
In this case, we will try to make the content available to you in a suitable manner as far as possible.
Disproportionate burden:
For economic and organizational reasons, it is currently not yet possible to make older PDF documents and Office documents (etc.) accessible.
The listed incompatibilities with the accessibility regulations are constantly being corrected and we are endeavoring to make newly created content accessible.
This content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions:
Older documents and content are available on the website that are not accessible. As these were published before 28.06.2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.
The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that are neither developed, financed nor controlled by us. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of this third-party content with the accessibility regulations and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
Creation of the accessibility statement
The assessment of the website's compliance with the BaFG was carried out in the form of a self-test in accordance with WCAG 2.2.
Our website is constantly being improved. Usability and accessibility are very important to us. If you encounter any barriers on our website that hinder or restrict your use, please let us know at the following e-mail address: info@classic-hotelwien.at
In this case, please briefly describe the problem and provide the URL of the page or document concerned. We will check your request and contact you as soon as possible.
Thank you very much!
